To Establish Credit

Credit Applications are available upon request by calling 800-418-0008. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process.

Initial Orders for Credit Customers

We ship orders on a credit card or payment-in-advance basis while credit application is being processed.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order is one case.

Mixed and Custom Cases

Cases can be mixed (selected by us) or customized by you. See individual packaging areas for specific information.

Payment Terms

Net 30 Days. Past Due accounts must be paid before additional orders will be shipped. A $25.00 service charge is added for any returned check.

Lead Times

Three business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) are required to prepare your order.

Out of Stock Items

Out of stock items are not back ordered. We will make every effort to contact you.

Invoices

An invoice is located on the case when it is shipped.

Returns

We guarantee our products. If a problem occurs, please call us at 800-418-0008.

Shipping

Orders less than 200 pounds are shipped via best rate carrier, either UPS Ground Service or FedEx Ground Service, and the charges are added to your invoice. C.O.D. orders are charged the shipping collection fee of $9.00, plus regular carrier charges.

Orders over 200 pounds will ship UPS 100-Weight Service or best way via arranged trucking company and the charges will be added to your invoice. (UPS and FedEx pricing and delivery charges are subject to change)
